Apply to attend the Summit
Attendance at the Electrify Society Summit and the gala is free of charge, but is reserved for interested stakeholders in the electrification space. First priority will be given to our invited partners, but we are offering a limited number of spaces for which those who are not yet part of Volt-Age’s network may apply.
Bringing together academics, students, industry players, government officials, and community stakeholders, our summit will be an exclusive forum for thoughtful discussions, problem solving sessions, and impactful networking opportunities. It will serve as a unique occasion for all participants in the electrification space to come together to address where our efforts stand and where we are heading.
If you wish to attend, please email us to introduce yourself, telling us a little about your organization’s interest in electrification, why you want to attend and potentially become a Volt-Age partner, and how many tickets you would like. Only a few applications will be accepted, so be sure to apply early.

Our dedicated Electrify Society Summit space will enable us to mix in comfort and the Palais’ central location, giving you ready access to restaurants, cafés, and our chosen hotels. For our local guests, the Palais is easily accessible by public transit and offers paid indoor parking.
A gala will be held in the evening of May 5th, 2026. All attendees are invited to attend and the gala is complimentary. Join us! Details to come.
